This kit will secure your bikes to the carrier and secure the carrier to your vehicle. It includes a cable lock and locking hitch pin. Pin with cable lock installs on carrier, cable is wrapped through bikes and then end of cable is locked to pin with key. Hitch pin threads in the same as the standard 'no wobble' hitch pin, but includes a lock that attaches to the other end of the pin. Once the lock is installed, the pin cannot be removed from the receiver.
